Excellent
Looking for a refurbished phone that looks like it's just out of the box? Then choose Excellent condition! These devices are virtually flawless. There may be small, barely noticeable scratches or dents, but you'll have to look carefully for them. You get the feel of a new phone, but at a much more attractive price.
Very good
A phone in Very Good condition does exactly what the name promises: it still looks very good, but shows a few more signs of wear than the Excellent category. Perfect if you're looking for an affordable option without compromising too much on appearance. You can expect some more noticeable scratches on both the screen and the back. With a case on, the difference is barely noticeable.
Good
This is our most budget-friendly choice. A phone in good condition will show clear signs of wear—think multiple scratches that are deeper and more noticeable than in the other categories. Scratches on the frame and back will, of course, largely disappear once you put a case on it.
